Valmark Industries, Inc. is a recognized member of SGIA and ASTM. We specialize in high-quality screen-printed graphic overlays. Our graphic overlays are used by our OEM customers as both stand-alone product identification as well as on membrane switch control panel assemblies. Whether for product identification, signage, nameplates or over switch assemblies, Valmark's graphic overlays endure the same precision and quality control measures as any of our state-of-the-art membrane switches.

For several years in a row Valmark has claimed top honors at the SGIA national competition for graphic quality. Valmark has been awarded numerous gold, silver and bronze place trophies in recognition of our fine quality and capabilities in graphic design and screen-printing. Also, Valmark maintains a fully staffed Art Department that works closely with our OEM customers, industrial designers and other artisans in the layout and completion of our clients' custom graphic products. Valmark's advanced Art Department can handle a vast array of digital and analog artwork formats.

With these tools at our disposal, Valmark can produce graphic panels in prototype, low, medium and high volume quantities---in lead times measured in days rather than weeks.

Typically, Valmark screen prints on a multitude of different materials:

• Polycarbonates (GE Lexan)
• PET (polyesters - Melinex, Mylar)
• PEN (ICI Tedlar)
• PET-PC blends (Bayerfoil),
  
• Coated and textured materials (Autotype and Tekra materials. As well as FR-4 and polyimides (Kapton, etc.))
• Paper stock:
• Polypropylene laminated paper (Potlatch)
