Valmark Industries, Inc. is an industry leader in the engineering design, manufacturing and testing of graphic overlays, membrane switches, key panel assemblies, touchscreens (4, 5, and 8 Wire resistive), EL lamps, EMI & RFI shielding and printed compliance labeling. Valmark's labeling components are both UL and CSA recognized. Membrane switch assemblies use a variety of engineered structural materials such as: polycarbonate, polyester, silicone rubber, FR-4 PCB, aluminum and other plastic subpanels.

When we started our business in 1976, the electronics industry as we know it was in its infancy. The earliest personal computers were just emerging in the marketplace, and the race to develop better and better silicon chips was starting to heat up. Our young label manufacturing operation helped many of these electronics pioneers establish competitive footholds in lucrative new markets-by responding to their needs quickly, with an unswerving commitment to quality, innovation, and a "can do" attitude. We've been riding the cutting edge of the electronics revolution ever since.
Today, Valmark manufactures a vast range of printed components for everything from cellular phones and faxes to notebook computers and laser printers. Our products include elaborate membrane switches for medical instruments, office and test equipment, shielding components for RFI / ESD / EMI, and graphic panel overlays for a variety of industries.
Ours is a high tech service business, one that is constantly pushing the limits of new materials, new inks, new adhesives - and innovation. Today, we can go from complex engineering specs to a printed, assembled, and multi-layered die-cut prototype - with a complete first-article inspection report - within 48 hours. And we can do it at a fraction of the cost of hard tooling.

Valmark is pleased to announce that it has successfully installed an HP Indigo™ S2000 6 Color Digital Printing Press. Additionally, the Company has purchased a high speed FlexPro™ Laser Cutter from Preco Industries, Inc.
Forming the core of Valmark’s Digital Production Cell, the HP Indigo™ press and the FlexoPro™ laser processing system provide the capability to print and process low cost, exceptionally high quality membrane switch graphics in industry-leading turn around time. Additionally, the visual quality of digitally printed graphics gives our customers design options that were previously unavailable with any other conventional print technology.
